Robben is easily a top 2 player on fifa with Ronaldo. And the best way to use Robben is through the middle. I use him as a CF behind Lewa. Muller is useless on fifa imo.

I use Bayern on seasons, but I play Robben as a RW. I overload the left side and Robben is completely free on the other side. Long ball to him and he has a 1 vs 1, it's beautiful

That's an interesting set up. It's quite opposite to what I use actually lol.

I play catenaccio mostly. lopsided 4-4-2 with compact defending and countering with quick verticality. It's not park the bus since I still manage to outscore and even maintain more possession since the game is broken and people are too impatient so they make a lot of errors which plays into my hand.

I used Madrid so far but been trying Argentina lately for practise since I haven't played in months.  

I am in D2 atm but not played many games so not been to D1 yet. I wanted to know the effective methods since D1 will mostly be people abusing heading and pace.

I was surprised by how I did in div 1 tbh lol. Possession is really effective. IMO defending is broken in Fifa 15. I played an Atletico-like tactic with my midfielders playing as deep as possible. Lost my first 10 games in seasons and got relegated from division 9.

Changed my tactic to tiki taka. Always have extra options to pass too. Create bucket loads of chances whether its quick 1-2 passing in the middle or overloading a wing and giving to the free player on the other wing.

I think the most important tips is to play it out of the back and only pass it when a player has moved completely out of position. They pressure abuse in div 1. I mean if I build it out of the back and he has 6 players high up the pitch then long ball it to Robben/Ribery on the wings, I have a 3 vs 4 counter attack.

If it wasn't for my POS first game DC i'd have a record of like >40-2-1 on seasons ffs instead it's like 40-8-1

Seasons is piss easy if you mix up your play. One minute i'm skilling somebody on the wing and switching play, next i'm playing possession then i'm running through the middle doing a 1-2 and through ball. People in highest divisions every year on fifa can defend against just about anybody that uses 1 tactic. Soon as u mix it up and start rinsing their full back with skills but then swap to cautious play and then back to dribbling they get rekt

I liked how we defended high up the pitch. You press and I cover the passing options, worked really good.

Good times As for clubs, I've missed the past few sessions because my internet is one moment great then the next crap. I think I can become a good DM in clubs, my positioning is good and I'm good at carrying the ball forward. I just hate running after attacking players with 99 pace ffs.

Sort ur net out by fifa 16 bruh, can get some proper clubs going then with new game hype forcing all of the old lads to get on.

Also nah, that didn't matter since I still took the first match to figure it out properly. Made a huge mistake in starting only 2 mids in the first half of madrid-bayern. Changed it to 4-1-3-2 and it was much better.

I don't really play like this btw. Had to since there was no other way.

I played cas but our connection to each other was dog shit, cheeky sob fouled me twice gave me 2 pens won 2-1 Was a horrible connection though I ended up playing a mix of catenaccio and hoof ball because 1-2's were too laggy to come off ffs

Game speed is too fast on FIFA 15, too arcady. Looks like everyone is our there skating on ice ffs. I tried playing the CPU on slow and it was better, but they need something in between like the older games.

Skating ice has always been a thing in FIFA though, they do it for immediate responsiveness. The noobs ( not talking about anyone here lol) wouldn't be able to handle actual inertia.

I remember playing against Cas in fifa 14 think it was. Had to change formation twice in-game cause he was pressing like prime barca lol.

I don't disagree, but the lack of foot planting has always been a thing tbh.

I had 14 on last gen and it sucked lol. 15 felt much better for me because of the direct jump. Most people went from FIFA 13 to FIFA 14 new gen to FIFA 15 new gen.

Last one i liked was 12 or 13, can't remember which. I remember playing it a lot online what ever one it was though.

Remember playing LM and he picked Argentina and picked a 4-1-5 formation and wondered why Lavezzi-Hamsik-Cavani destroyed him lmao.

Don't play like that anymore lol. Players get gassed at like the 50th minute. I'd be leading 2-0 in the first half then lose 2-5 by the end of the game.

Just played against MT. Two ties and one loss for me.

First half of the first game the possession stat was 49% - 51% for MT, pass success for me was 89% and him 87%.

Was unreal tbh. MT with dat abuse of high pressure. In the next two games I had more of the ball though. Was leading the last game until he scored in the 90th minute with a goal from outside of the box. Gave me memories of Fifa 13 and 14
