I find that not drinking helps.

But I'm also 18 and in college so I'm liable to ignore valid answers and do something more stupid. So in the case that I do end up making stupid decisions, how does one deal with the consequences? Namely: hangovers Laughing

How is everyone doing these days anyway? University year one is finally getting to the end, so I've gotten very busy. Trying to figure out what I'm going to be doing in the summer

If you're drinking shots...

Drink a glass of water after say, 3 shots. (That's your avg 40% and not ABC shit)

If you're drinking scotch...

I'd say 2 glasses of whatever you're having.

If you die you'll never have a hangover again, or if you only get badly injured, you'll probably be in a coma for a while and will miss the hangover anyway, and you can try to sue for negligent driving.

I've been getting 3-4 panic attacks a year since I was about 13.

This one wasn't bad, shook it off in 5 minutes. I've had some real shockingly bad ones.

They're more of an inconvenience than anything else. It's basically when my brain thinks something is wrong when nothing is and my whole body goes into fight or flight mode, so I get a massive injection of Adrenalin and feel like I am about to puke.

Once I calm myself down, I am fine, it just seems to take time and energy out of my day, and do nothing else Laughing
