Lol i was joking. Meant the club me and MT were playing in and go to D8

anyways GL club.

We keep arguing, planning etc about tactics and everything. But we are never going anywhere. The problem actually is that we never play as a team and our chemistry at times is shocking. It's not even a permanent thing because some days we are playing like Ajax 70s while other times we are playing like Derby 07/08.

In order to improve, we need to seriously talk over how we want things to go. There is no point saying we should pass more, because we will do it for 20 minutes, and then we will panic after going 1-0 down. And it's all of us. Not just one person. When we get frustrated, we start hoofing and through spamming. And that actually is effective because fifa is so broken that we manage to find a way to score. However when we don't, it results in bad temper or massive breaks in play.

so here are few things we need to discuss

1) Roles
2) Tactics

Roles

Every player needs to have his own role and needs to stick with it. A CM shouldn't be up there with a striker unbalancing the midfield and a Winger shouldn't be in DM(unless defending late on) creating acres of space for the opposition to exploit. Same with any other position.

If you are a CAM, your No 1 job is to create, not score. If you are a DM then your no 1 job is to protect the Shit AI CBs and fullbacks. If you are a CM then your job is to keep the ball moving. Help out DM and Help out the attack. Etc.

We need to give a job to every one of us for what we are good at. Then we analyse who is not doing what and who is doing poorly what he is supposed to do. Criticising is the only way we are going to learn.

Tactics

How do we actually play? If a winger wants to cross, strikers are outside the box. If a winger cuts in, then the strikers are in the box waiting for a cross. CMs are bombing forward leaving the formation 4-1-5 half the time.

We need to decide how we are going to play. Are we going to bring Pep Guardiola's barca style of play or are we going to play Big Sam's hoof special?

Through balls are ugly, but they work 1/20 times. Quick passing is never going to work unless everyone sticks to it and actually get the ball. not 2 pros passing once to each other while others are in acres of space watching. If we want to have a quick final third passing session then we need 3 of the pros to be in midfield while 1-2 to be ready to attack the goal. 1 in midfield and 4 up won't work.

Most of our goals are conceded either by crossing, counter attacks or AI being retards. Crossing and counter attacks can be prevented. We just need to be as quick tracking back as we are when we attack. Most of us give up halfway through tracking back. Human pros are 3 times better than AI pros. They are never going to prevent the crosses coming in. We can. I am not saying we should be back defending for 90 minutes. But we need to have a proper pressing system in place. Make it difficult for them to get the ball towards the flank. Wingers need to help the fullbacks. etc

We were only able to win FIFA14 D1 because we considered the above quite seriously. I remember someone posting(think it was Tom) a similar post to this last year as well.

However if we do continue to play how we are doing, then we should stop calling it a D1 title hunt but 'playing for fun' and see where it leads us. Not that it won't win us the title, but it might take a lot of time and luck.

Oh and we need to stop using the party chat for trash talking, burping and shit while playing. I rarely hear people asking for a ball, cross or whatever cause tom & ESPECIALLY his mate is busy talking about other stuff & burping farting 24/7 which makes me not use my mic and even sometimes quit the chat

Also no more of this park the bus BS from minute 1, defensive at most. Pathetic knowing how bad defending is on fifa 15 to have like 1 man up the pitch for 70 minutes getting hoofed to.

Thing is we concede loads on PTB so it accomplishes nothing.
