The comics are just as good if not better than the story that's told in the game.

It's all I believe 5 years before the events of the game. So it's pretty much how everything got to where it is now.

70 odd quid at GAME, *bleep* sold out

Amazon want like 88 *bleep* quid for it, it's always sold out everywhere that charges a decent price

Sony has announced the PlayStation Network will be offline for four hours to enable scheduled maintenance, beginning at 9am PT / 12pm ET / 5pm GMT on Thursday 15.

During the maintenance, you'll be unable to access the PS Store, PSN account management or registration and entertainment services. Online gameplay will also be unavailable, though you can get around this by signing into your account before the maintenance kicks off.

Just been trying the Spotify app, it's great can play the music in the background while playing whatever game you want to play.

Don't even need to have Premium to use it although you can if you want.

I am going to get into this bandwagon once 10 games I want to play get released.

Now, the list is @ 4:
-Bloodborne.
-Final Fantasy Type 0.
-The Witcher 3 (unless I upgrade my PC).
-Mortal Kombat X.

As it is, little interest me in the system, and I have my hands full playing games in my backlog and in my Wii U (despite all the myths claiming it has NO GAMEZ).

I have yet to purchase Bloodborne, because I just don't have a lot of time on my hands these days, and I have a few games I want to complete before I start on that one.

I recently completed FF Type-O, though, and I think it's a very solid game. Story-wise, it's a lot better than the other post-PS One FF games, in my opinion. It's quite dark and gritty, and I personally didn't mind that at all.

The combat system was very cool at first, but I soon realized how simple it was - you basically have your basic normal hit attacks and two slots where you can put either magic or one of several abilities that you get through upgrading your characters. With that being said, there's 14 - yep, 14 very different playable characters in the game. You can pick and use any 3 of them at a time, something that adds a significant amount of diversity to the combat in the game, if you're willing to try out different characters.

Final Fantasy Type-O definitely has it's limitations, which is natural considering it was originally made for handheld devices - but it's a very solid game that feels and shares a lot more characteristics with the classic FF games, than the more recent ones. There's tons of optional content in the game, with areas, weapons, items, chocobos and summon creatures that can only be accessed/obtained outside of the main story, so there's plenty of things to do for a completionist.

One thing I found odd about the game, is that there's very little incentive to summon creatures (Eidolons) in battle. The consequence is that when you summon a creature in battle, the summoner dies until it's revived again, so I very rarely decided to use them. I only obtained 4 or 5 Eidolons in my first play-through, and there seems to be a lot of them in the game, so I'm not sure what the developers were thinking when they made it this way. One of these days, I might start a new game+ and find out if my hunch is right, that you can make it so that your character doesn't die from summoning them.
