Seems like there's an abundance of German coaching frauds then, no wonder Bayern always goes for a foreigner hmm

He gave Leverkusen an identity, integrated youth into the lineup, and had Leverkusen playing some insane football at times (good and bad Laughing). I'd imagine it was almost impossible to get his team to play his football once he lost the dressing room. Either way, he failed to bring Leverkusen to that next level, and they have pretty much maintained their standing under his reign.

His sacking has got me thinking though...These coaches who preach gegenpressing have to be the most one-dimensional coaches out there. hmm
