Re: Everton v Arsenal LIVE
Thought that Campbell did look good though. Would really like to see him and Alexis on the pitch at the same time with a competent 9 and a midfield with Rambo, Ozil or Cazoral and Flamini.

I hope this puts the argument of playing sanchez as our CF to bed once and for all.
We looked 100X more threatening with Giroud on. As per last week.

Ozil looked jaded and disinterested at times. Mertz had to shake him up again today. He needs to try harder

BTW dont like this 4-1-4-1, despite goals ramsey is trying too much around the box, too many hollywood passes, too forward.
shud revert back to 4-2-3-1 with ramsey dictating play and making occasional runs.

Only way we can fit everyone into the lineup to be honest.

I did not think the substitution of Giroud for Alexis made much of a difference at all. Bringing on Campbell and Cazorla is what I saw as the change that made a difference. Even that was a muted difference.
After theo gets back I would really like to see Alexis revisited again it it were a front 3 of Theo, Alexis and Campbell.

Cazora for Wilshere combined with Evertons changes made the difference.

agreed, at least we had something to hit up there before that Everton CB had nothing to do.

Re: Everton v Arsenal LIVE
That helped of course but look at the comparison between Sanchez in the first half and Giroud in the 2nd.

The touches Giroud had in the box whereas Sanchez had 1 in the first half.
I'll explain more on this in the post match thread.

Re: Everton v Arsenal LIVE
sanchez need to find his understanding in the team, but i knew it was a bad idea to play him through the middle today, its too early of change in a vital position, especially away from home against a team that likes to sit deep and counter attack.
but he wasnt too bad today its just his positional sense, he has no understanding with the team atm, will take time.

I disagree.. I think it made a huge difference. We were much better in the second half. The fact the two goals came in the last 10 mins doesn't necessarily reflect the impact of Cazorla and Campbell. Everton were getting tired, sure the fresh legs helped.
Sanchez best position is where Walcott played before he got injured last season. When Walcotts fit he should be deployed as a left winger. This game reinforced that Sanchez cant play the lone striker role.
I do think Cazorla should have started over Wilshere though, Ozil central and Cazorla on the left.. I feel so bad for Jack but he really is proving to be a liability at the minute. I hope it clicks for him soon.
