Re: PES 15
Named Sports game of Gamescom above Fifa, NBA2K. NHL etc etc and Forza.
That has to be pretty significant

As I've said AI on PES could mimmick real life perfectly i'd still be more interested in clubs for the pure banter and dem feels when a move with 4 real people comes off ffs

Re: PES 15
True Robes, it was a good game but it had issues which limited potential it had.
Things I mentioned in particular such as shooting being very floaty and at times it felt you were out of control.
Animations got stuck middle of dribble etc.

Re: PES 15
i just hope stopping guys like neymar and robben isnt impossible. but i also understand there are a lot of people who have no clue how to play.
Mole, i told u it was back.
last fifa i bought, i sold it back after a month. i desperately need a new experience in footy games, i hope pes 2015 is that.

Re: PES 15
That's one thing I have noticed at these events make the games look shit lol.
It's especially true with sports games, the level of player can drastically change how good/bad the game looks.
That doesn't go for just PES either, it's very relevant in Fifa and NBA2K too.

Re: PES 15
But at least we reached the point where people are actually saying that pes play better than fifa, or at least as good, and more refreshing.
Now it's just the presentation, fifa taking that shit to new levels lol

Re: PES 15
Presentation has improved IMO, it's not to Fifa standards and I don't think it ever will be but I think it's much better than the garbage it used to be.

Re: PES 15
yeah i agree, it looks slicker, and from what i heard it;s going to get more polish. Now they can work on camera angles and such. Far camera do no justice to the game on video.
How fluid the game is Online is also going to be a big deal. If they can nail that...

Re: PES 15
That's another thing people don't do on these events.
Fiddle about with the settings and such like, default camera is always meh tbh.
I never use it in PES or any other game for that matter.

Re: PES 15
Damn, best sports game in gamescom, that is big. This means that PES is back to challenging Fifa. I must try it first though, many changes can occur to the game till the release date. These changes could result in a different game, as we learned from PES 2014.

You can make your custom camera in PES.

Re: PES 15
Especially considering there's two months between the demo and the full release.
Lots of time to pay attention to whiners and *bleep* it up.

Re: PES 15
That's the video in the OP Izzy....
It's by the best video on the net though, most of the other ones i have seen are cringe worthy because the people playing are quite awful at the game.
In this video its quite clear that at least one of the players knows what he's doing.

didn't even read the OP.
A lot of people are worried about the November release. Something about it being released during the Nerd Rage time (COD).

Re: PES 15
I think its ok tbh.
The reason i say that is because this year is important to them as any other, you can't be bringing out a rushed product like last year or when they ported PES 6 to the 360.
They haven't really recovered from the transition from ps2 to ps3 tbh, make a good game and release when its ready. If its good then the word will get around.

Re: PES 15
Yeah, they have to play the long term game, it's not about pes 2015, it's about what comes next year and after that.
Basics things like ONLINE need to be sorted. Pes has to be a game that you pick up and can go online without thinking "omg the lags again, shitty response" etc... The new game modes need to be working 100%, everything they ripped off from Fifa, maybe with new ideas.
Like mole said, if the game is out, without major flaws and a gameplay that's clearly working, the word will be out and next editions will be looked at differently. First impression is way too important here. They have a positive start from Gamescom with so many people thinking it even plays better than fifa, it's a fantastic praise.

Re: PES 15
Also, by November people would have had enough of FIFA and it's persistent problems, so PES will come out at the perfect time to capitalise on that.

Re: PES 15
Looooooooooooooool a big reason fifa has such a fanbase is the addictive (to many, not me) Ultimate Team mode
Ain't no game mode outside of FIFA on any game ever that can touch that group of fans.
