Besides it's not relevant City's squad shits all over yanited's.

Demichelis was our Second best defender after Zaba for the last 3rd of the season. Don't let the "Highlights of the Barca game" and MOTM show skew you. Kompany kept Messi onside for the penalty. I appreciate Kompany but Demichelis was our best CB in the business end of the season. Thing is commentators and pundits never seem to blame Kompany for any of his error or easily dismiss it, while Demichelis' error get 100x magnified.

I am surprised he does so well with his lack of pace in our high-line Proud

He also was one of the better defenders at the WC and outshine Garay in a few games.

He started the last 3 games you bellend and Argentina kept a clean sheet in regulation in each one. Prior to those 3 starts they looked shaky in pretty much every match.

Demichelis was in the La Liga TOTY in 2013 and was a jammy comeback away from helping Malaga reach the Champions League semifinals, the following season he won the Premier League and was part of the 2nd best defense in the League despite playing in an ultra attacking setup, the following summer he reaches the World Cup Final.

hmm must be thst cropped hair of his. I thought it was Fernandez playing all the knockout games. Fact still stands Demichelis was a calamity last season. Pellegrini even had to come out an defend him from criticism. I don't care what he did 2 seasons because that's not linked to what he did last season. If he was so good then City wouldn't be desperate to buy another defender for a massive 40 ME. Defending Demichelis would be like giving Dzeko praise for his 'performances' last season

Edit: Also what's with Guidetti?? is he going to stay or what

Issue with Guidetti is he is SLOW and lacks pass/ball control skills. The last game I seen he was struggling to beat MLS backup players with his lack of speed. Very similar to Chicharito. Some 17 YO kid on trail, Iheannacho, already show more in 2 game Proud

I would not be against loaning to a serie a team and selling him if he does well enough.
