France can do well if they can get players in and around Lahm, who I don't think has been convincing as a defensive midfielder. If Germany play as high as they did today, they can expose that, too.
They've got to play Benzema centrally, though. I don't think Giroud central and Benzema left works that well for France, and Giroud against four centre backs isn't going to do much.

Benz is quick enough to out run Germany defence, so im pretty sure he goes centrally, its gonna be close but France is playing with much more intensity should be enough to edge germany imo

Should be a great game.
And btw apart from Colombia(which had a easy route so far) which team was convincing ? every game so far has been close because there's no easy team in this WC.

About the poll, I don't know who will win and this is what makes this game interesting, both teams played great but weren't that convincing in their last match, it's going to be a very intense game, let's hope it's going to be the game of this world cup.

Well, the problem is - we only have one Manuel Neuer. I'm not sure that suffices against France if Löw sets up the defense and midfield as dubiously as today.

Honestly I don't know what to say about this one yet, if Löw didn't see how well Lahm played as a right back with Khedira in midfield then there's no hope. If he did, I expect a good game. I'll wait for team news but it is expected that Hummels comes back too so that's good news.

Well Hummels might be back so Boateng at RB is tolerable. Höwedes as LB we will have to expect I'm afraid.
It was just so obvious today how much better we looked with Lahm back at RB, maybe Löw will cave.

hmm...i see Germany winning this. Although it will be a stern test for France, they've done really well so far albeit against less than stellar opposition. If they can beat Germany that should give them enough confidence to go all the way....should be a good game for a neutral like meself
