To be fair,i really dint expect anything dramatic to happen in these last few days of the market.The links to Shaqiri,Falcao etc were all too good to happen just like previous years.
Its been a pretty average mercato,we really needed a creative spark uptop and its quite frustrating the mgmt dint address that need but whats happened has happened and we only have to support the players we have signed so far.
Atleast we have managed to keep our stars and not become a sellout like our Italian rivals,i can feel some contentment in that especially when reading through all the garbage that has been reported in the media day in day out.

u are happy with Nacho Hernandez? ok.... if Marotta keeps on being here we'll keep on having clownfest summers, not that I ant us to fail but Marotta has run his course, he is not gonna make us a top side in Europe and its not hard to see.... we need to upgrade.... remove the money aspect from it, his retarded mindset keeps us always failing in getting top targets

I agree with S,all links with Shaqiri,Falcao or other top players were just media bs.We know we couldn't get any top player when transfer season begun,now we are clearly out of funds.
Chicharito is a good upgrade to our attack,he can do well here.
The worst scenario would be we can't get Chicharito and get a mediocre striker from Serie A.

actually Shaqiri's agent confirmed today that we and Inter are interested in Shaq and that he (Shaqiri) wants a move to Serie A, the bad news is how easily Marotta and Agnelli are quick to give up on a target but are quick to spend close to the same amount on a more meh target,

if we lose Shaqiri to Inter who have no CL to play, then well that would suck....

What you want us to buy Shaqiri when he is not needed? We need a BACK UP forward... NOT FALCAO, NOT BENZEMA, NOT DIEGO COSTA.... We already have Carlitos, Llorente, Morata, who all together scored around 40 goals last season. Better than Quagliarella, Matri, Vucinic eyyy???? As the guys in here said, Mr. Nacho as you say is a dream back up an team can wish for... Trust me, he would break into Inter's first team. This guy scored more goals from the bench than playing as a starter. What more do you want?

Tbh I think Shaqiri is more important than Chicharito as he would give us the option of switching to 4-3-3, 4-3-2-1 and 4-3-1-2. We alread have 4 players that can play ST. If anything happens I'm pretty sure we can call up Buenacasa or something.

Imo if we can't afford 12M this year + high but not ridiculous wages we're not doing something right

Juventus is dropping out of the Falcao race but continue to make progress for Hernandez. Monaco’s request for Falcao of 12 million euro for a loan is out of the bianconeri’s reach, since they can only offer 8 million. At this point landing the Colombian striker is not feasible. But Juventus has a chance for Chicharito Hernandez, the Mexican striker could be acquired for 2 million on loan, with an option to buy set at 17 million euro. Juventus is working on lowering the costs and Hernandez is a realistic target with just 3 days to go in the summer transfer window.
