Juve have three to replace Buffon

Juve to meet for Iturbe


Juventus officials are reported once more as set to talk with Verona counterparts over a possible deal for Juan Manuel Iturbe.

Reports in recent days have placed the advantage in the race for the highly-rated 21-year-old as with the Bianconeri, with them even seen in some quarters as having already provisionally agreed personal terms with the player.

The Gazzetta dello Sport understand that the latest round of talks between Juve and Verona officials is set for today, for the Turin side to ‘reaffirm their interest’ and for Hellas to ‘to understand the extent to which they can negotiate’.

Verona are continually reported as holding Iturbe’s valuation at €30m, whilst Juve are still listed as looking to bring that price down.
