Spot on Forza, we actually do have money, albeit not a lot. The issue is that we throw it on players who are either:

1) Young, usually ignored,they go on a loan journey throughout Italy and are highly unlikely to come back to Milan

2) Completely unnecessary players in positions that don't need reinforcing

We have to settle for players that haven't broken out yet, it'd be hard to convince some of players listed (also near impossible to pay some of the fees).
