With some hard work and smart decisions I see no reason why they can't get rid of every player under 26 and get an average age of 40.

Sell: Chivu

Retire: Stankovic

Buy: a wb, a winger, a striker and a class dm.

Team objectives: Build around Kovacic and start to develop a game plan.

Targets: 8th....we can do better than 9th.
