Re: Atletico Madrid vs Chelsea - First Leg
"I don’t know how many times I've repeated it, Courtois is Chelsea’s player. We’re trying to get him on loan for another season. I think he’ll end up playing against them, but only if we reach an agreement with Chelsea. We’re gentlemen and we observe everything we sign."
"I don’t know. I think he’ll play, but with an agreement between both parties. If he doesn't play, Aranzubia will come in."
-Enrique Cerezo
well that sounds good a. madrid

Chelsea are being such p**** for not wanting Courtois to play.
Atl Madrid should just pay whatever they have to and beat em.

That deception when Courtois bottles a Lampard shot to send Chelsea through.

Don't loan him out then. Bench cech.
Now if it's in contract that he can't play, he can't play. It's the agreement.
But if there exists no such thing then by all means he should play.

Chelsea can add what they want to the contract, but if it isn't legally binding it means jack shit.

Re: Atletico Madrid vs Chelsea - First Leg
you mean against teams that couldn't even get past the L16 in CL, not even going to insult the word big team by calling QSG that
you are going to be surprised at how easy you will make it for Atleti to score and how bad your attack really is.

He's right though, they've beaten better teams in the CL than they've lost to in the league.

Everton would win Ligue 0 quite comfortably imo
When Ibra leaves QSG they will go back to mediocrity, unless Messi wants a new (easy) challenge of course

I agree with Hala, Everton remind me of a better version of that Lille 09-11 team.

Re: Atletico Madrid vs Chelsea - First Leg
Agreed with Hala as well. Everton will piss Ligue 1.
PSG are absolutely garbage and bigger bottlers than Spurs. They'd fight out for EL spots in our league.
In any case, hope Atleti rough Chelsea up properly and give them some dirty bruises and winds them up hard in Calderon. In Simeone we trust.

Re: Atletico Madrid vs Chelsea - First Leg
Lets do a quick unbiased comparison between the Two teams guys.
Howard = Sirigu
Coleman > VDW
Jagielka > Alex
Distin < Silva
Baines > Maxwell
Barry = Motta
McCarthy = Veratti
Barkley > Matuidi
Mirallas = Lavezzi
Deulofeu < Cavani
Lukaku < Ibra
So they just about shade it 4 to 3. Then when you add in Everton's superior manager then it's hard to disagree with Hala.

Re: Atletico Madrid vs Chelsea - First Leg
So you compare individuals from one team to carefully selected players from another and determine they're better on that simple basis.
I think it's hilarious to be honest, that you believe Everton to be a better side than PSG.

if you want to go the rout of combining players and comparing them that way then QSG don't stand a channce I am afraid. Notice how I said Cavani is better than Naismith, if we use your argument of looking at it beyond individual (past) quality then Naismith has been alot better than Cavani has for QSG this season
