Well actually, an "Online" status stays active for within 20 minutes of a user's last activity on the site, at which point the system automatically logs you out. Looking as I did at your profile last night to ascertain whether you were on and that my final parting inquiry wouldn't be to somebody long gone to sleep, your information said both that you were online, and that you had last been active at 2:01am. As you'll see, my inquiry was made at 2:07am, 6 minutes later, so it was entirely logical on my part to surmise that you would have re-viewed the forum not long after to see my request and answer it before I turned in for the night.
