Who needs a defence???

10 games to go.

4 goals away from beating the current club record with 77 (08/09 season).

We're on track to score 90+ goals this season.

Think we'll either break 100 or come very close to it. The PL record is 103 held by Anceloti's title winning Chelsea.

We'd need an average goal return of 3 per game to match it so we'll most likely break the PL record too.

City have 2 games in hand and aren't far away from us. They might be there somewhere as well.

I remember seeing a topic on the Liverpool site forum and it stated simply "We can't outscore everyone.", and then proceeded to talk about the deficiencies of our defence.

I still say "why not?"

I honestly dont think our defence is as bad as being mad out.

We had massive injury crisis this year so never had a chance to get a settled defence unfortunately.And resulting lack of confidence has been a major issue for the mistakes comitted this season rather than lack of quality via Sktrel or Agger

One inherent issue for me is neither Agger nor Skrtle can handle big target man strikers(Lukaku Bony Benteke etc) .

I would be more than happy with Skrtel and Sakho as first choice defenders for next season with Agger Illori and Kolo as back.

Just need to sign a quality Left back i think

Seriously. people go on and on about how our defense isn't good enough for league title, and they may or may not be right.

But our offence, is not only good enough for the title, it's breaking records at league DOMINATING race. Our offense is up there with top 3 clubs in the world. It's insane man.

btw, it is more fun that I thought, going out with a young mother although the kid part does get little uncomfortable sometimes but I never thought I would enjoy it
