GM is paying us 50 million a year tho to have that logo on the shirt Proud

when we resign with Nike after next season, we will be making over 100 million on our shirt deals alone, probably around 120 million if the rumoured figures with Nike are correct

lmao Pep is too nostalgic. He thinks if he can make the kits look like Barca maybe Kroos will turn into Iniesta.

As for Yanited, that sponsor logo looks terrible. Absolutely terrible.

It was designed after the kit we wore in the mid 80s with Beardsley and Gascoigne etc etc.

The sponsor does ruin it though, if it wasn't for that and the fact i hate the ownership i would have probably bought one.

It seems Bayern have an identity crisis when it comes to kits. I remember they used to wear these greyish kits in the season United faced them in the CL final.

- Then they had the Liverpool all red look (In recent years)
- in 2010/11 they opted for the Paraguay look
-and now they're going for the Barca/Crystal Palace look.

Make up your minds...

It's actually the FC Basel look :coffee:

But then, as their town rivals 1860 are blue, they normally wear red to distinguish themselves better from them. But the colours of Bavaria are blue+white, of course, and if you check the Bayern logo, it has the Bavarian colours blue+white in the middle and a red ring around it, so red and blue is still connected to them.

I think that ad is one of the worst ever lol. A club like United should be able to get one that isn't such an eyesoar.. Might as well be sponsored by Burger King

I don't know why everyone is freaking out about the new Bayern kit. As some have already pointed out, they have history with using the blue stripe. The color is in their badge for goodness sake. It's not pep. It's history. Can we please come off the, "Why is Pep turning Bayern into Barca?" tangent. At least, can we leave it out of the Kit Thread? It's far more relevant in a tactics discussion.

The designers obviously knew Pep was ex-Barca. Odds on they wouldn't have brought back the blue stripes otherwise for this particular season after the club's recent success in the all red kit.

It's not the 'Barca/Crystal Palace' look, it's the Bayern mid-nineties look. We had practically the same back then.
