Damn Rondo would've made Houston a legit contender right away.

SMFH. A team with a 90m payroll thats 12 games under .500 with a star player that hits FA this offseason does nothing.
Team is a pathetic joke.
I feel sorry for y'all man, seriously
I don't see why Melo would stay there tbh..

Anway, the reason the pressure has not been on KD is he has
A. Yet to truely underachieve by losing when he should win
B. Is still only in his 5th (?) season.
When he stinks it up and loses a series he was supposed to win, or he gets up there in age...it will come, it always does.
BTW, I just got to thinking about the Pacers record vs good teams. Does it even matter?
We all know it will be them and the Heat in the East final. And we all know they and the Heat are quite even.
So, what relevance is there that they lost twice to the Suns? The best team they will play before the Heat will be...the Wizards? :lol?
I think their record against winning teams shows that they're not as good as they're made out to be.. They're great defensively but their lack of firepower shows against the better teams.. Flat track bullies
It's like they just built themselves to give Miami trouble and really 'get up' for those games.. They'll most likely lose if they come up against a great team from the West, if they make it to the finals that is and winning a championship is their goal obviously
Miami has the the best record in the league against winning teams, and against teams from the West.. Just throwing that out there

Not sure about fit, but Evan Turner is the sort of guy that will benefit from Indiana's coaching.

I dont know Turner will be there next year.
His contract is done end of the year right? They probably not signing both him and Lance. They will try and resign Lance but if it cant be done I feel Turner will be the back up option.
Turner really going to have to turn up his defensive game though, the Sixers were terrible with or without him on the court, but when he was on there, he took their defensive numbers to a whole other level of suck.

Def a backup plan in case Stephenson walks
And imo Rondo on the Rockets wouldn't be a good fit. Harden and him both need the ball in their hands
and they have nothing the C's should want(maybe Parsons but I'm not as high on him as a lot of people are I think)
getting Hamilton today was an underrated move though

Illegal screens.
Im dead serious. I think they keep him around because he knows how to set illegal screens which free up KD.

Lebron gets his nose bloodied but still doesn't get a foul call. I hope people actually realize that this guy gets smacked every game and doesn't get nearly enough fouls called for him.
Meanwhile, Lebron got called for a foul for literally sliding his finger across Durant's elbow.
Couldn't make this up.

I wonder how many guys ever played 50 head to head. I like Garnett more, but Duncan's longevity has been nothing short of Jabbar-esque...so I think he edges it.

I'd take Duncan over Garnett any day if I was building dynasty.

Russell - Wilt have played 51 reg season games and 36 playoff games
Dream - Robinson probably in the high 30's if I were to guess.

In terms of who I prefer, I still side with Duncan like when we had this discussion like a year ago.
I do agree with Dmize though, if they swapped positions, KG would have just as many rings and would be seen as better like Duncan generally is.
But overall I still take Duncan because he always got easier shots and I would rather him defend a center than a younger KG. Garnett could take 3, 2 and even 1's in his younger days though tbf.

KD still in the lead but the gap has been closed. I also don't think he'll be scoring as much as he was now that Westbrook is back.
This should be interesting.

Re: The Official Dwayne Wade <<<<<< you thread
Aren't that many centers to defend these days.
One of my main things is communication, I'll go out on a limb and say Garnett was the best at it, ever. The next thing is what you mentioned the fact he could switch onto anyone, which is again, a little more important today because of the amount of pick and roll being played.
Anywhere other than Minesota TBH. I think Philadelphia with Iverson would have been a great situation for him.

Was about to say it again lol
I still take Duncan but KG was unfortunate enough to be on the Wolves for most of his career. Think they made the playoffs once or twice. One of them was against Portland and this was their lineup
Terrel Brandon
Wally world
Malik Sealy
KG
Rasho Nesterovic
yikes

McGrady/Giricek
