As noted before, part-time WWE Superstar Rob Van dam will be appearing for Booker T's Reality of Wrestling promotion in Houston, Texas on January 11th at the Clear lake Sports and Recreation Center.

RVD is also scheduled for a VIP meet and greet that night
PWInsider reports that current plans call for Van Dam to return to the company for WrestleMania XXX season at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view later this month.

WWE wanted to lock RVD in through Extreme Rules in April, but that was longer than the 90 day window he had agreed to.

Its being said that his appearance at Booker T's promotion could be a warm-up for his return but it's not confirmed that he will be wrestling that night.

I hope they're not making Bryan join the Wyatt family just to bury him and to hope he's no longer over with the crowd. Ideal situation is he's WWE WHC champion at WM.

As noted, Daniel Bryan debuted his new Wyatt Family attire at last night's WWE live event in Hampton, Virginia and lost to Bray Wyatt in a cage match. He was introduced as Daniel Wyatt before the match. During the match, Bryan just let Bray beat him down. After Bray got the win, Luke Harper carried Bryan away on his shoulders

The feeling is that when Roman Reigns turns babyface and splits from The Shield, likely in February, that he will be replaced with a new member in the group. Mason Ryan's name has been discussed.

i like that, Masin Ryan could really use a rub from Ambrose and Rollins

Thought they'd all split up together or something. Mason Ryan was too green apparently last time he on the main roster, so hopefully he's improved in the ring.

As of this past Friday, WWE officials were planning to do a Piper's Pit segment on tonight's Old School RAW with Roddy Piper and The Shield.

The idea behind the segment is that it will further the storyline where WWE has been teasing tension between Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose.

John Cena will be going "old school" at tonight's RAW by wearing his classic jean shorts.

We noted before that Rikishi and Scotty Too Hotty would be appearing on tonight's Old School RAW. Brian Christopher is also in Baltimore so there will be a full Too Cool reunion tonight.

WWE issued the following for tonight's RAW:

This sounds like a good idea:

I just got it. This is the evil masterminded plan of none other than the Director of Operations, Kane.

Kane was abducted bu the Wyatt Family at Summerslam, upon his return, he gave up his mask, why?

Kane was a mole for the Wyatt Family the entire time. he constantly threw the family at Daniel Bryan. When the Best and the Beard began teaming, he sent the Shield after Punk, to give him busy work to continue his mental assault on Bryan.
Bray Wyatt stated at one point, that the Devil made him do it. Who has a better connection to the Devil, then his favorite demon?

The Reasoning: To infact "Bring down the Machine". At the same show that Kane was taken away, Daniel Bryan had the WWE Championship taken away from him. It was then when he and Bray Wyatt formulated a plan, to show Daniel Bryan that he could no t do this alone, the same message Kane would tell Daniel Bryan during the Team Hell No run. Upon his return, Kane would earn the favor of the Authority by joining them, then sending the the Family at Bryan, not as roadblocks, but to convince him, that he needed help.

Where this leads:
The Wyatt Family will help Daniel Bryan win the Royal Rumble.

The Swerve:
The Wyatt Family were never the heels at all. Like Bray Wyatt stated in his opening promo, good is not always what it seems. The Wyatt Family were the faces the entire time.
