we need a proper left back, and to convert our chances. that game should've ended 5-4, we missed 3 CLEAR opportunities against fiorentina.

Wide mf/wing backs who can cross. I can see fatigue setting in. Accumulated. Perhaps less intensity

Get Menez on a free

Buy Cerci for like 8Mill as depth on the wing

Buy Lavezzi

See about Coentrao OR if we lack funds, try Ogbonna at LB

He's good on the ball, could be rich mans Chiellini at Left back.

I love menez ability wise, but he's kindf a dick, don't know how that would work with chemistry, but I wanted him before he went to PSG, and he use both feet.

Cerci would e great, but would torino sell us another player like that?

The players are complacent.  Plain and simple.  They're getting lazy and not playing up their abilities.

Although, Buffon might be a different case. He needed some time off over the summer instead of playing in Confederations. But I don't think we should be look at alternatives. If things get bad, I guess we could throw Storari in there. But we shouldn't buy anyone. That would be a waste of money.

I seriously think a 4-3-3 or 4-4-2 is the way to go but we would haveto make wholesale changes. Now we have players of enough transfer market value to change the team we should consider certain changes. maybe conte can play his 4-2-4?

I like it somewhat. Kagawa is not what we need though. Hes a #10 and theres jo place for him unless we play a 4312 or 4231. I still think 433 is the best option. Take out Kagawa and put in Podolski or Cazorla or Lamela or Reus or Insigne or Draxler or even just let Gio and Lolo fight it out for there and wed be good. I think theyd all be better options than Kagawa. Kagawa I guess could work too thoughni dont like playing our players out of position.

Well, he played as a left winger for Dortmund and also there are many examples all over the world of many modern AMF's that can play equally well on the wings mate. He's young, a very good player and with little playing time at Manchester United which means he will most likely want to leave and also being able to play both on the wings and as a #10 could make us way more flexible than now. He's the Marotta type of player if you know what I mean.

Anyway, this is all fantasy football. Let's at least wait until January to see if we have recovered by then.

i see this as the only 4 defence formation that we can play that is similar to 3-5-2 only difference is that Asamoah advance attacking role , no pirlo and pogba as Right AM to provide crosses to Llorente as much as i love pirlo but in important game we cant afford errors infront of our defense we conceded goals this year because of pirlo

Bonucci, as good as he has been in our 352 as well as for half a season in a 433 in 11/12, he still isnt really proven in a 4-man defense. Dropping Chiellini would also be very stupid. Hes easily one of the best defenders in the world.Dropping both Pirlo and Vucinic is also not smart. They are our two most creative players. One of them needs to be a starter, and I think that should be Vucinic. If we were to play a 4231 I think Vucinic center, Tevez right, and Asamoah left would be the best option. At least until we buy a proper right winger. We could also try Tevez left and Giovinco right, but it would be a huge change from what were used to, going from a defense first, yet still very offensive team, to a completely offensive team.

u might be right juventus101  , the reason i dropped Chillieni is because he cant play as a LB and bonnuci is needed for his long balls from the defense since in my formation didnt include pirlo

The thing is, Barzagli is actually pretty good at distributing out of the back, plus in a 4-man backline wed have 2 fullbacks as well to help distribute. Bonuccis distribution skills are nice, but theyre not needed enough to bench Chiellini.
