What needs to change?

Do you think Juventus need to change the 3-5-2 or did they just mess up against Fiorentina by losing focus or something like that. Also, who would you but in January. I don't understand why Conte says we can't play the 4-3-3, Giovinco can play on the wings, Tevez can play ST or on the wings, Vucinic can play on the wings, Llorente can play in ST, Quaglierella can play RW, it could work

We lost focus, we got exposed, 4-3-3 will be our death against RM we need 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-2-1 something like that but we need a change or I would take them to ' Ritro '

Been talking to my friends about Buffon for a while now, although i wouldnt go as far as some in the GS about Gigi but i do agree he needs phasing out within a year or 2.

Its totally natural for him to be declining at this age. The guy has done what he, Alex, Pavel etc wanted to do which was bring us back to the top of domestic football.

Ill never ever have a bad thing to say about Gigi, living legend and we're blessed to have him play for us.

As a replacement Leali seems ideal but i worry because i dont think hes ready to start for us just yet. I say we bring him back and give him a few games here and there and eventually phase him in and gigi out.

On another note about change, I think the 3-5-2 has run its course. its time for change. but this would mean some big sales. or to totally drop Barlz. I think it would be hard for some defenders to play 3 at the back for so long and then change to a 4 man backline.

I say we try the 4231. Bonucci and Barzagli (and Chiellini though not to the same extent) have been making wayyyyy more errors than in the last 2 seasons so one should be dropped. Buy a true right winger, play Asa or Caceres or Ogbonna at leftback, and bring Leali back. Then try this:

--New RW-- --Vucinic-- --Tevez--

With Vucinic in the team, he should play as a true AM instead of an sS since he has the vision, dribbling, all the perfect qualities to be a great AM, then Pirlo isnt needed. Pogba is also too inexperienced and makes too many mistakes. Vidal and Marchisio would work perfectly together. Then get a new RW such as Nani and wed be good. I would love this, and it wouldnt cost much either. We dont need to spend incredible amounts of money for a RW. Theres plenty of quality ones out there that we coupd get for relatively cheap.

We have Pogba and Asa both can cover great for AM/CM on that RW we can use Tevez,Isla, Padoin, Motta *OMFG*, Pepe on the left we all know that PDC is by far the best crosser we have and LW in his nature... but I get it we need quality Giovinco/Pepe/Vucinic/Tevez/Asamoah/Pogba/Isla? is quality enough for this formation to work

Calm down guys.He hasnt played a single Serie A game in his career Laughing

My suggestion for next season would be get rid of Storari,keep Buffon atleast for the dressing room sake and get in a short term goalie like Willy Caballero for example.This will atleast allow Leali to grow for a few more seasons hopefully in top flight rather than immediately rushing him in so early.

Courtois would be really expensive option imo.And we have made an investment on Leali ,i dont think we will give up so easily on that.In my opinion,getting a short term goalie would be the best option.Feel free to disagree.

Youngsters need enough game time to grow especially GK's.It wont happen by sitting on the bench like half the time,please understand that.

I suggested Willy Caballero(32 years old i think) who is an excellent goalie and will come for a reasonable sum too.Malaga are always willing sellers anyway.

Marchetti is another option but it remains to be seen if Lazio are willing to sell.I'd say Willy is more of a short term option than Marchetti which is exactly what we need imo.

One of THE legends. But he has to go sooner rather than later. But I highly doubt Conte and Juventus will even consider replacing him until he

A) Costs us a tonne of games

B) Says himself, he's about done.

Considering Conte is actually very good at rotating players, we should try something like this after the January window. I would really like the idea of going for Cazorla in the winter. Only problem would be that he would be cup tied for the CL, but for the CL we could use Giovinco there. With Ozils arrival, Podolski and Ox coming back from injury, Walcott and Ramsey and Wilshere breaking out, Cazorla I could see being sold. Nani, Farfan, De Bruyne, etcbare othrr options. Bonaventura and Pasquato are other options we could try, and have them fight with Gio and Pepe for that spot. But overall I say were one RW away from having a perfect squad for a 4-2-3-1.

Most people chalked it off to us being unfit and blah blah blah

Whilst every other big club around us actually looked half-decent. We were getting decimated by some truely average teams

Something is badly wrong here. And I can't explain it properly.

we need a proper left back, and to convert our chances. that game should've ended 5-4, we missed 3 CLEAR opportunities against fiorentina.
