That's because Atleti has 5-6 guys, including Griezmann, who press in the opposition side... so when they get a turnover, the defense has no chance to even try and get back into position. Makes for quick strikes.

But Griezmann has a knack for finding the open areas and his finishing has become clinical. He's very good on the ball, but even better off the ball... that's why he's become so good.
