In the end, 10 men against the best team in the world were 6 seconds away from winning. Very proud of these boys, and alot of positives to take from the game.

I thought the same thing to myself when they panned to a close-up of Lukaku's face as I did when they did Mata's in Munich. Could tell he was going to miss before the whistle was even blown.

Certainly, I also think Oscar, Schurrle and Hazard were fantastic in attack and defence.

I get the feeling, had Eto'o played, it would have been a different story. Lukaku was not what we needed to bring on for that game.

Yea but I consider it a little bit more than a friendly. And lukakus facial expression before the penalty was that of a lost boy and he looked a little scared.
