I actually admire Levy here. Why shouldn't he get as much as he can squeeze for his player? If Madrid had just said "no" at anything over 65 mil, we would have had him for 65 mil. But of course, Flo loves to overpay for everyone...

God damn it Benzema. All you had to was score a hattrick plus assist 3 more goals and save a puppy against Betis to stop this madness from happening but noooooo.

Damn French goat. Sigh. I really hope this doesn't happen. Not that I don't like Bale but, you know, our midfield still has issues.

no we are making money since 2000, that's what those deals are about, increasing the value of our club and to make us richer and richer. that's it.

then spurs wouldnt have sold him at all, at least for another year. Flo absolutely wanted him this summer, so he had to pay way over the odds.

Its funny how every madrid fan in GL dont want Bale but most Madrid fans from Spain are desperate for him lol those idiots were shouting for Bale in Illara's presentation ffs :facepalm:

they probably think he is a right sided Ronaldo. if they make such high expectations on him I am afraid they will be disappointed. He will probably be used to make space for Ronaldo

Because Tottenham have been spending the Bale cash in advance (£60m spent this summer and likely to sign at least Willian for £30m still), it would be marvellous if Madrid actually went at the last minute: "sorry, we have changed our mind, you can keep Bale".

Benzema scored 20 last season and you say that Bale will score 15 ?

Bale scored 21 goals in 33 league games for Tottenham last season, but he took 165 shots (5 shots per game). No way he'll take this amount of shots with Cristiano on the team.

Cristiano last season: 34 goals, 34 league games, 235 shots (6.9 shots per game).
Another example, Cr7 took 11 shots vs Betis on day 1!
