internal politics, mismanagement, silly decisions, not getting the right players, lack of stability, these are all atypical Barcelona traits that got pushed back when Laporta took after operation blue elephant. Barcelona should have as many cls as Madrid or at least Milan. They have always had the best players but the stuff off the field have always interfered. Pep's biggest feat was removing the victim mentality and bringing stability back. The Thiago fiasco is one example, Pep attacking the president, no manager atm etc

AVB? He will jump at the chance to manage Barcelona. I think he will do well there too.
