Crawl back into your holes. I'm going to lock myself in my room and watch UMVC3 all day even though it will prolly be beautiful out.

Also the hype is for the tournament games themselves and the hype surrounding them, not necessarily hype as in everybody is hyped up about the tournament and it's well known. It's decently well known but not to people who don't take an interest into pro gaming or "e-sports" of any form.

Depends if your above or bellow maintance calories and by how far, although as a general rule id say 1g/lb og bodyweight

As in 100 grams of protein per day for example for 100 lbs of bodyweight? Thats sounds a bit insane. I'm going to start planning out and dropping 500 calories a day from my BMR.

yep, 100lb man needs 100g of protein/day ESPECIALLY if your bellow your BMR

Oh wow that's surprising but I'm going to have a hard time since I am not a massive meat eater by any standards and typically only eat chicken. I usually compensate that by having Greek yogurt once a day and high amounts of milk and other dairy products. But should I start taking Whey protein to help me hit my protein mark? I could definitely increase my Greek yogurts per day as it has high amounts of protein per container.
