I didn't know where to ask this and I didn't want to post this in the general section, because I only want the opinion of Chelsea fans.

Why are you guys going after a striker when you have Lukaku and Ba as your striking options, not forgetting Torres?

Even if, lets say, you don't consider Torres as part of your team, do you still think you need a striker?

I mean, taking into account Mourinho's previous team, Ba fits the bill. Even more so Lukaku.

He just seems primed to be the second coming of Drogba. I have watched him at WBA and while not over the top outstanding (considering the players around him) Lukaku would just gobble up the chances created by Hazard, Mata and Oscar.

We've all lost faith in Torres. He's too inconsistent. We gave him a chance by not signing anybody and giving him a competition free run at the start of last season and he didn't make the best of it. I don't think the board will take that risk again.

As for Ba, he's not the world class striker/finisher the team needs. He's a great squad player but unfortunately he doesn't have enough quality to start every game. This is debatable IMO since he carried Newcastle for a pretty long time.

Lukaku, despite his talent, isn't ready to fill that role. He has improved a lot since WBA but his first touch lets him down a lot. And he lacks the experience as well.

All of this said, I wouldn't be that surprised if we didn't sign anybody.

I believe in Lukaku.. but Mou goes straight for the titles so, we need a risk free environment..

The order was chosen according to how much each were intoxicated on the day of the arrest. So.... The Spurs fan was first in line (he had consumed the least), so he thought about it for a while and then said: "Please tie a pillow to my back.
