Will Pep poach Barca players and youth and whom?

I keep thinking that if pep succeeds in his new role (I am sure a genius like him will), he will certainly want to poach some players from barca and some rats will want out of the sinking ship.

If the difference is large enough even messi would move, any thoughts on which barca players would make it to bayern's XI? are they willing to leave?

You talk as if Bayern doesn't have an academy or the deepest squad in Europe.

Well with Gotze joining and possibly Lewandowski, Bayern don't really need anyone. They've got a lot of depth and probably have a lot of youth/young players like Shaqiri and Emre Can.

Keita is 33 years old, though. Why would Bayern go for him?

Pep won't be signing jack sh*t. He'll take what Hoeness and Rummingge give him and he'll say thank you sir for your benevolence.

Keita was Barca's MVP IMO and the real reason they dominated.

Well, Keita maybe was Barca's MVP in the past. He hasn't gotten younger. Bayern's midfield is impressive as it is right now, no need for an extra aging player in that area.

While keita was not an amazing footballer he was an amazing human being. He will go to bayern and teach them how to be humble and respectful.

It seems that they have already gave him Mario Goetze, I can easily see messi begging pep to go to Bayern if Barca dont win league next year and get knocked out before SF.

Pep is going to get Reus in 1-2 yrs, and Reus won't cry anymore because he plays with Götze again

They don't have anything Bayern could want bar Messi. He's the only player that could reasonably improve their squad.

And Hoeness/Sammer/KHR won't just throw money at the idea of gambling on La Masia graduates that haven't proven themselves yet, they can perfectly well poach German youths from the 1st and 2nd BL, and their own academy spits out enough talent as it is anyway. They also signed players like Can and Weiser early, and they got htem for next to nothing from within the country.

But mostly, Pep won't do anything of the sort, since this is a Bundesliga club. The coach and the manager are two very seperate people.

You underestimate the necessity of a player to fit into a team. You can't just take any player how good he may be individually and then think he has to improve the team. Often players can actually imbalance a team and thus make it worse, no matter if they are individually better than the one they would have replaced.

Like whom? I don't even want to trash Barca, but I honestly can't think of anyone. Bayern are at least two great players deep in every position, except Schweinsteigers - and Barca don't have a player of his type.

Iniesta is an improvement to Kroos, Busquets to Javi, Pique to Boateng/van Buyten and Messi to Mandzukic - can't think of others if I'm honest.
