So. Di Canio has had his first transfer window in charge of the Black Cats. Is it going to be his last one, too? Because Sunderland have started the season poorly, one point from three games, and a lot will now rest on how Di Canio's major revamp of the Sunderland squad and backroom staff will go.

He brought four Italians in the squad: Giaccherini, Borini, Mannone and Dossena.

Other summer arrivals include: Altidore, Ki, Cabral, Celustka, Mavrias, Mobido Diakite, El-Hadji Ba, Karlsson.

Some decent finds there or a load of dross that will get Sunderland relegated?
