hmm, one bad game and Bayern seem to be totally out of it.

The last Juve-Bayern tie (1-4) was the start of Juve's European decline....could this one be the start of their European dominance ?

I think Malaga can upset Dortmund.I will be rooting for them anyways as i always cheer for the underdog team.Its been an incredible fairy tale story for them so far.

Quarters:
1) Real, will painfully get through Gala after they park the plane
2) Nice try Malaga, but Dortmund will go through
3) Juve will rip a new one to Bayern with their negative tactics
4) PSG will shock europe and take out farca

Semis:
1) Real to beat Dortmund, we have played them enough to figured them out, just ask barca, wont be pretty but we will win.
2) Juve again with the negative tactics will stop PSG

Final:
Madrid to win it after a particularly terrible match thanks again to Juve, but CR is CR.

Juve negative tactics Laughing

We play better football than Madrid and PSQ most of the time but lack a clinical striker to put away the beautiful plays.

Obviously it doesn't get highlighted as much cause it doesn't end in a goal but Juve's build up play is second only to Barcelona for me.

Juventus playing Cattenaccio against Celtic is still fresh in the memory of many Proud

I'm sure Juventus are great on the ball though.

Actually how about everyone post the best team goals scored by each club still left in the CL. That would be a nice comparison hmm

Also, I love how everybody were amazed at Napoli's wonderful attacking play, saying they were a breath of fresh air in the CL. All they do is give the ball away and counter attack at times Laughing

I would like to see the "2nd best midfield behind Barcelona" according to Sports and the "build up play is second only to Barcelona" according to Cassius fair against the club they are supposedly second to.

Yes, I honestly believe Juventus would beat Bayern, no reverse jinx or whatever...

The 2 games against Chelsea ,away at Shakthar is hardly what you call a PTB performance though.Especially at home where i thought Juve were very imposing against Chelsea.

Please dont bring possession stats cause those numbers are very misleading imo.

It's called tactics. A team should adapt their tactics to the team they play against, to make their match easier, and Conte did exactly that(he has seen Barca-Celtic for sure, when Barca had 80% possession and did nothing). That's why everyone knows how to play against Barca, because bar possession, they don't know anything else. I've seen Juve in the past 2 seasons, playing both possession style and counter attacking.
