Roma have officially bought Borriello from us. 10m will be paid over the next three seasons. 3.4m for the first and 3.3m for the next two years.

Ganso playing as an LCM will limit his effectiveness and essentially ruin him as a player. I'm sorry to say that, but every Santos and Brazil fan (even some on this very forum) I've talked with, has said he's best as a CAM.

BTW, a Marchetti-Amelia swap is nearing completion it is reported. This is another bit of business with Cagliari. I'd prefer Marchetti as our second choice keeper, as I like Marchetti more than Amelia. The way Marchetti has been treated the last season by Cagliari is just not right.

Sportmediaset is reporting that Milan is pushing for Fabregas. I believe if Barcelona get Sanchez, they won't have the funds to get Fabregas. It is being described as difficult, but not impossible. THe problem is Barcelona offered 30 million but were turned down. Arsenal wants 40 million. I would prefer we focus mostly on Ganso, and I hope he does well tonight (though that may send his value up).

I'm split on it. I'd prefer to have us sign Montolivo end of story. No swap... Cassano could be very important this upcoming season, especially in the CL.

Despite my slight dismay about Astori and reluctance about El Shaarawy, I think there is a lot of promising development.

take a look, Prince, Silva, Pato, El Shaarawy, Abate, Taiwo, Emmanuelson and possibly Ganso, Poli, Merkel, Strasser, and Verdi. The future looks real bright. All under the age of 25.

And hopefully Ganso. Lets see how he does today.
