Poli: Samp now, Juve later?
Andrea Poli has admitted contact with Juventus, but insists he is just concentrating on finishing the season well with Sampdoria.
The Italian international is expected to move to the Turin giants in the summer after the two clubs discussed a possible move in January.
“Something happened with Juventus, but to tell you the truth all I’m interested in are the 12 games which are left to play this season,” the 23-year-old told the Gazzetta dello Sport.
Poli is highly-rated in the Italian game and returned to Sampdoria in the summer after a season on loan at Inter.
“My year in Nerazzurro was very positive,” he added. “I left behind many friends and, being in my early 20s, I was able to play alongside a lot of champions.
“Too much has already been said on the way it ended. I won’t add anything else out of respect to the parties involved.
“The summer was a little turbulent, but I’m content with the present,” he continued. “For now, I belong to Sampdoria. Then we’ll look at the best solution for all.”

Re: Poli: Samp now, Juve later?
Hopefully, he comes to Juve. He would be a much cheaper alternative to Veratti with the numbers PSG are throwing out there for him. I hope that a deal for Poli is already completed based on the January window.

Poli this season has proven to be a very good player...he will only get better if playing alongside the worldclass midfielders that we have!
