I haven't read too much on this thread, but I just read the news that FIFA 14 for the PC will not carry the next gen engine?
Could someone clarify what exactly that means, is it just the visual or.. what? Does it make a big difference?

would you guys be waiting for the next gen consoles to buy the game or buy it right away?

Basically what you get on PC is what you get on Xbox 360/PS3. That means PC users won't be getting the new features, Ignite engine, animations etc. It does make a big difference imo.

Hopefully they nerf the interception/tackling radius for pro's. Also stamina as well. It's way too easy for pros to push the CPU off the ball, or intercept their passes etc.

^^ and on that same token nerf the midget pros and fix the lob pass.

I can't tell you how often in clubs will someone right off of kickoff lob the ball to a 5'5 striker (if no one is any, 80% of the time it's a goal)

Yeah what it is is that after Bale, Suarez would've been the one but obviously he is an idiot with his biting and shit so they looked to new signings in the higher clubs.

They didn't want to drop down to some guy who had a 'decent' season so looked to new transfers and apparantly considered Willian but they thought he wouldn't be recognisable so turned to Arsenal and Flamini, who has been in the PL before

With all these big transfers happening, I think you should get a bigger budget in career mode. I mean haven't Southampton spent like £40m? Not even many top clubs have that on FIFA.
