it would b great if we can play with such two offensive wing backs.
Defensive fullbacks are overrated

Re: Arsenal 1 - 0 Stoke City: Men vs Orcs, Siege of the Black Gate
And Wenger has insisted his players were not aggressive in requesting that the decision be reviewed by the linesman.
"I haven’t seen it from the bench - what happened. I thought the linesmen had given offside, I couldn’t see anything else, or maybe somebody from us had handled the ball, that’s all I could think," Wenger told reporters.
"But in fact I have heard that Walcott was offside but he was not interfering with the game, then it’s a normal goal. Who wouldn't do that? I am sorry if we did that, but we were trying to understand why the linesman disallowed the goal. We didn't do it in an aggressive way."
Stoke boss Pulis, however, was of a different opinion, and slammed both the players and officials involved in the reversal.
"The disappointing thing for me was that the linesman has given the decision and the Arsenal players surrounded him, and I thought you weren’t allowed to surround officials today," he said.
"It’s very, very ambiguous in lots of ways. And, like I say, we’re disappointed in that respect."
Sour grapes.

Re: Arsenal 1 - 0 Stoke City: Men vs Orcs, Siege of the Black Gate
So, as you know, I was at the game yesterday. First time I've been to the Emirates in about 6 months (last game was when we beat Southampton 6-1 in August).
It wasn't the most exciting game, certainly not as exciting as that Southampton victory, but in the end the win was probably more satisfactory. When Podolski scored, the relief was incredible. When the linesman got involved, everyone went crazy. "What are you doing you Spurs ***? You don't know what you're doing!" etc. Lol. He did have a bad game, that linesman. Walcott was harassed at times, but got little.
On the actual game, we certainly deserved to win. It would have been 2-0 or 3-0 if it wasn't for Begovic - who really is an excellent keeper. On individuals, my ratings would probably be:
Szczesny N/A (Nothing to do, at all)
Sagna 7.5 (One of his best displays, albeit against defensive Stoke, but superb against Etherington and supported Walcott all day)
Mertesacker 6.5 (Crouch won a few headers against him, but did ok overall)
Koscielny 7 (Superb game, this should do his confidence well.)
Monreal 7 (A steady, composed competent showing. Improved when Podolski came on next to him)
Diaby 6 (Not his best game, a combination of good tackles and turns, with sideways passing and sloppily losing the ball. Stands were hammering him all game)
Arteta 6.5 (Like Diaby, below his usual level, but captain kept us ticking over)
Walcott 7 (Was a menace all game, tormenting Wilkinson all game. Won vital fk for goal)
Wilshere 6.5 (As ever, full commitment & technical class, but no real thing of note)
Chamberlain 6.5 (Combination of good and bad all day until he was subbed. Needs to be consistent.)
Giroud 6.5 (No service all game, hit one over the bar and surprisingly nodded down a cross when he should have gone for goal)
-- Cazorla (7) & Podolski (7) changed the game.

For sure. That or some sort of 'rescue' or 'my planet needs Mertesacker' meme.
