Wilshere and Ramsey had pretty strong performances - really like seeing this calmer Ramsey blossoming in a deeper/central role. Cazorla, Podolski, Walcott, and Giroud grew into the game. This was a match where any result whatsoever would not have surprised me - 5-1 either way, or a scoreless draw ...

The defense (including Szczesny) was a shambles with a healthy dose of the unlucky, but were not as badly punished as they could have been. Whew. Santos is in rough form. Nasty, and not in the good way.

Disappointing to drop the points, but encouraging as always to see the fightback. If only this squad didn't keep digging themselves into these holes ...

I wouldn't pass it to Santos even if he was through on goal. He was a disaster along with Vermaelen

That would probably be the one time I'd pass to Santos and expect anything good!

We seriously just need better defenders. while Giroud did blow a huge chance and others, Our attack shouldn't have to score 3+ goals to win every game

true.. he doesnt have the quality.. not even the fitness to play in the premmier league..
we should start playing Sagna at LB from next game.. Sagnas attacking and crosses never improve anyway.. so he can just concentrate on defending the left..
