This is true, but I don't think it has as big of an effect as in other sports. Corporate seating is used as a bonus and morale boosting ploy, and sadly for a lot of Americans soccer tickets would not feel like much of a coup...

It's actually nice to notice that all those leagues have very fine numbers. You take everything into account and it's hard to find a negative word to say about them.

MLS attendance records are boosted by the likes of LA and Seattle (the latter averaging over 40k per match) but it is also hurt by clubs such as Chivas who record very low numbers.

12,923 is the average attendance in the A-League. 2,000 better than last season and the attendances could be better if Sydney and Brisbane were doing better...
