I think Falcao deserves it more than Ibra and RvP but I can see your argument for the other ones. Conte and Klopp definitely deserve mentions. Pirlo or Alonso is open to debate as are the CBs.

Mancini struggled to win the EPL in probably the worst EPL seasons in terms of the quality of the teams and players. Arguably the worst United squad in an EPL season, teams like Norwich stayed up comfortably and teams who struggled the year before finished in high places. (See Newcastle, we struggled the season before and then finished 5th, almost 4th, with a very shallow squad.) Couple that with the fact that he spent silly amounts of money and then got knocked out of the CL at the group stage. Klopp, Conte and perhaps even Di Matteo deserve it more than Mancini imo.
