So that would make sense if you could see an hour into the future and know untied would come from 2 down to win in the last couple of minutes. Again.
But based on your logic that this is a to date power ranking, there is soooo much more in this list.

Porto are unbeaten in both Europe and Portugal, we are top of our league (by GD) and we have also qualified for the next round.

GL is becoming ranking-obsessed. Cut the crap. The CL and national league competitions don't finish until next June. That's the only time the rankings mean anything; when one club is holding the trophy and the rest can only look on in envy.
