I think he has potential. I dont know who was responsible for bringing new faces in the club but they have got some immense talent there and I truly think Chelsea will win the league this season.

Depends on whether he wins something this season imo.

But sure enough he needs a full season as Chelsea manager to be properly judged. So far so good.

I think he's a very positive character and that influences on Chelsea but i don't know for how much long... I'm not sure about his tactical abilities but as someone said earlier he has potential. Problem with him is that if Chelsea get in a bad series of results he will get fired much quicker than earlier better paid/more famous coaches. He almost got fired after he won UCL.

He's enjoying great trust from players, he had some good decisions like Bertrand playing on the left wing, or Ramires playing on the right... But still Chelsea is not playing that good football that you could say that they are the favourites to win Premier League.

He has brought some great individuals like Oscar and Hazard and there's Mata also from the last season so this team has potential to play some beautiful football but it needs time. And a striker.
