Today is our Independence Day. On this day in 1971 we went to war for a country of our own. Over the course of nine months an estimated three million people died, mostly from genocide, starvation and illness.

Our liberation war is among those epics where a rag-tag bands of warriors took on a mighty army (and backed up by super powers at that too) and prevailed.

Yes you did. Now a days when we have to manage 300K Bihari or 500K Rohingya refugee, we understand the burden you took for nearly 9 million refugees. :bow:

I was just thinking, if we win the league, it'll be one of the top 3 days of my entire life. I just don't know how i'd cope with it.

Just hoping we can get WHU outta the way with a win, and then write one of the greatest pre match threads in history of GL for title decider. I can't believe this is happening

Same for me Sepi, if we win the league it's definitely going to be top 3 happiest day of my life. 2014 so far has been just absolutely amazing to me in every aspect. I'm in a very good place in my personal life and winning the league would etch this period for me in immortality.
