Literally most of this forum agrees that the refereeing decisions carried BMG's performances from the decisions that eventually lead to set-pieces, whether dubious calls or the consistent diving on display from Favre's team.

Currently watching the Bayern match...
...Is there any player that gets fouled as much, as Müller?
Also: is there any player that gets as many elbows to the face? ^^

If it happens so much, it raises the question if it's face-to-elbow and not elbow-to-face. Laughing

1) He has been injured, as always
2) Müller has been better
3) Müller has a great run of form since matchday one, you don't bench players that are "in the zone"

Robben will find it tough to come back. He's still got Shaqiri in the mix as well.

Good win for the boys, once again Mandzukic scored. One important aspect of this match is that Bayern did not do much running, that should save up some energy against Arsenal...

Why *did* Stani leave in the first place? I can't really remember and I'm atm a bit too tired and flu'd to go and look it up (I actually fell asleep in the early evening and only woke up again now. I think I should better go to bed again and try to sleep off this drat cold so that I won't sleep through the CL matches tomorrow, too -_-).

I think he quit after getting relegated because he felt it was his fault, even though we looked really good when we played, we just failed to score. We were basically one half-decent striker away from finishing lower mid-table.

Anyway, he also got the offer to coach a mid-table 1st flight team (Hoffenheim) which I am sure looked decent at the time, he probably didn't think all that Hoppery would be going on there.

Still a great manager. If he was given more time, and a good squad, he'd probably be a type of coach like Tuchel, Slomka, and Klopp, doing very much with very little.

Depends on how the club does, IMHO. The nosedive will have to stop, but he probably won't block an extension just due to money issues, he is the Schalke captain, he would probably need some convincing to go elsewhere.

I reckon if a big club came after him and basically guaranteed him a starting position, he'd be gone. Schalke are easy to outspend, when talking salary.

I'm sure he'll have no shortage of suitors, should he become available at a reasonable price.

anyone read the news about ibra interview expressing his wish to play for bayern if he ever decides to play in Germany. Cant see it happening, sure bayern dont have a world class striker right now but i dont think they will go for ibra; specially when pep will take over next season.

Well, Ibra said "IF I went to Germany, I'd only go to Bayern" and also said something along the lines of "Bundesliga isn't shit", so basically he said, he could conceivably go to Bayern, because they're a top club.

Who wouldn't conceivably go to Bayern, really?

And regarding Höwedes, he isn't playing such a great season, though, sadly.

I know I'm the only one who knows who that is, but:
Daniel Ginczek is totally bossing for St. Pauli today, this season is basically written off for us, but we might finally have found someone in our squad who's able to hit the goal.
