Falcao x Higuain

Who is the better forward?



I'd say Higuain is a slightly better finisher, with Falcao being tremendously better in the air, and they both have about equally great movements and positioning, maybe Falcao edges him slightly in that department.

Physically, Falcao is stronger, more agile, I'd say they are about equal speed.

Higuain is a better passer and dribbler imo.

Higuain is 24, Falcao is 26.

It's a tossup.

Higuain is a fantastic finisher but imo Falcao is the best in the world.

Falcao is less wasteful I find...

I would definitely say Falcao. I like Higuain but for me Falcao is the best at what he does.

I am a Higuain Fan but Falcao is just better in almost everything i have to admit.

Higuain is better finisher but over all i think Falcao edges him.

I think Higuain edges him in finishing and in movement/positioning while Falcao is more agile and a better dribbler and headerer. For me it's a toss up.

Not much in it tbh, but Falcao almost always performs when it matters so I will say Falcao.

Falcoa is a better dribbler and better in the air, Higuain is better at everything else.

Falcoa has the benefit of everyone in the team passing to him, Higuain does not.

See the last game against Getafe, Higuain had 2 shots scored a goal, Ronaldo had 6. I'm pretty sure if Higuain had 7-10 chances per game like Falcoa you would all be singing a different tune lmao.

This comparison is kind of unfair towards Gonzalo. Like Crims said, Atleti's game evolves around Falcao whereas Higgy plays third/fourth fiddle to Ronaldo/Ozil/Benz. If Madrid played to Higuain's strength's and not Ronaldo's, he'd probably break Ronaldo's 60 goal record.

tbh there is sometimes i just want Falcao subbed out because he is so in existent, Higuain gets more involved in build up plays than Falcao even if he doesn't score in a game he is pretty much there very involved, same can't be said about Falcao.

Falcao misses more easy chances than Higuain as well but scores more goals out of nowhere.

if it were up to me i would take Higauin, there is so little attention being given to him b/c he competes with a bunch of Galacticos yet he is always there when we want him never stinks the place up in a game like the others. i am sure if Higgy played for a team like Pathetico and Falcao for us you would all be singing praise for Higuain and accuse Falcao of being invisible etc
