I'm never happy about any players injury, because I know how it feels but since it's RIP and it was against my national team (Hungary), I just can't do anything else than grin at his situation.

Hope its his horse placenta dipped ankle again because that would mean he would be out for a month or 2 and take another year to fully recover. I'm evil I know.

perfect example of a disgraceful fan, and what i literally just mentioned in the post before.

i dont give a fk about rvp, i hope he breaks his leg. i dont give a damn, he betrayed us. i lost all feeling for him the moment he went to man utd. him breaking his leg would be detrimental to man utd's season. which is always a good thing. im sure man utd fans want our players injured aswell, thats rivalry.

No love lost in this section of GL for Van Persie. Given our situation, u can't expect us to feel any dif. I am not asking to be justified. He was our captain, a wc player and talked about loyalty during every single interviews during his time in the hospital. He has one fully recovered season, and based on that he:

Nobody is forcing you to read this thread in the Arsenal section.

The idea of the thread is Arsenal Memes. And most of the memes put here are from other forums, just reshared. The title or the intent has never been on that whore.

A meme is meant to tickle the funny bone or be sattirical. Purssy fits that bill at the moment.

Don't blame the people here for the way we feel about him. He brought that shame and disgrace on himsef. The way we feel is just Schadenfreude. If you can't understand it, move on. As I said, nobody is begging you to read the posts in this thread.

Look i'll agree with some points. Wishing an injury like a leg break is something which isn't right imo. Although if he did break his leg i'd feel a bit of sympathy for him, but not enough to blind me from acknowledging him as the c*** he is. However i personally wish that he just completely drops form and Yanited don't win anything, while we atleast pick up one trophy. I dunno what your take is on that but that's how i feel.

Now about the memes regarding RVP. Look there aren't a ton of Arsenal memes going around. There's not like one or two only but there's not millions of Arsenal memes to choose from. Right now, if an Arsenal fan makes a meme (millions of arsenal fans out there) they will make it to poke fun at RVP because of the recent incident (transfer to rival). What i'm saying is, RVP is being made fun of because it's a recent issue + all arsenal fans despise him now. This is why there are so many memes on RVP in this thread. Give it some time and there will be regular arsenal memes.

Oh and btw, i don't see an issue in calling an injured player like RVP scum. If he breaks his leg, that doesn't undo the things his done. Feel sorry that he breaks his leg, yes. I don't wish that on any Arsenal player that left us as soon as they had a good season so they could join another club for money. But it won't wear off their title that they've been given. You get me?

If you don't bother reading the entire explanations, atleast refrain from passing judgements on rationale.

We hate players who are greedy and disloyal. Not every player who leaves is disloyal - there are some who leave with their heads held high. One of them has his statue outside our stadium.

for me, hating a player goes too far when anyone wishes a player injured, no matter how you frame it, its messed up.

ill just leave it at that.

I personally don't mind if they get a few niggling injuries. Small ones ya know. But anything that is quite painful like a leg break is just wrong......

See, the fact of the matter is, Arsenal fans are among the first to jump up and denounce a player who makes a tackle which is career ending. We have seen a fair share of players go through long injuries and we know how much that hurts. This particular player spend 6.5 years on the table before he got on the pitch.

We have seen what injuries have done to the likes of Diaby, Ramsey, Rosicky, Wilhere and Eduardo.

While we are unanimous in wanting this player to do very very badly, and not win a dime after the way he left, small injuries are different to career ending ones. I doubt you would see this 'hatred' if the said player does have a horrific injury. Many of us would well be sad.

We don't want him to replicate his form with us - simple as that. His 6.5 years on the sidelines were not career threatening injuries, but recurrent small 'niggles'. We want Man Utd to face THAT situation, dealing with a quality players with incessant recurring injuries. Not career ending ones.

I hope that clears the air a bit.

If you still want to brand us uncouth for wanting a rival to be in a situation we spent 6.5 years in, go ahead. But that doesn't have anything to do with rationale.

We are a passionate bunch and wear our hearts on our sleeves, but definitely, we are not as devoid of class as some other clubs and fans are. We pride ourselves for our class.
