Goodbye Park
My fav Park memories from watching him. The goal v Arsenal in 09/10. The goal v Milan in 2010 2nd leg. His incredible performance v Chelsea last year in the title decider. (amongst others).
He was also the ultimate big game player.
so long three lung park.

Re: Goodbye Park
Great servant to you guys, made you a shed load of money too lol.
Always performed in the big games, although this season he really looked off the ball. He's old now though so can't really criticize him so much especially since he wasn't playing regularly either, could have been match fitness issues either.

Lucky we have Kagawa now lol....and hernandez. Agree about the 2nd part, he's regressed....last season he was poor everytime he played. It makes sense that he moves on now, 5 mill is too good of an offer for United to turn down, especially for a player in the last year of his contract.

Re: Goodbye Park
I will never forget Park's neck goal against Arsenal. The most disturbing goal of all-time for me lol. He scored in like every game he played against Arsenal.
Wish him luck, great servant for Man Utd.

Best of luck to him but not too much though (against us). He's still in the PL afterall.

Re: Goodbye Park
would have liked to see him stay in manutd. im not quite much aware of daily ordeal with manutd but last season manutd had some injury problems no cleverley no fletcher, .. scholes came from retirement.
i think he is still a good utility player and has lot left to offer. what more, i wanted to see him as a mentor for kagawa because after all park ji sung had a good career in Japan and he speaks japanese fluently and he said he was happy that kagawa joined manutd.
its a loss for utd its hard to find replacement for him for u guys.

As a decent backup, I say yes.
Not in terms of shirt sales though.

Asia's pride.
Hopefully Kagawa does well too and shows that Asia can create quality players provided some more money is put in football there.
