I believe he got carried considering most of his goals were 1v1 chances because of an amazing pass from Xavi/Iniesta, had he not taken up Cesc playing time he'd have the golden boot, in my opinion.
You expected him to bulldoze through the defense like Drogba? How did he score most of his goals at Liverpool? Through passes like that from Gerrard/Alonso no? Even the few he has scored at Chelsea have come through passes like that. Its what he thrives on.

Lol, nitpicking? I'm saying my opinion stop being so defensive, others also agree he got carried his job wasn't very hard, review his three goals and tell me how he is superior to the other strikers.

He was superior because he scored them with less time on the pitch, Hence he won the golden boot.

Scoring two against the Irish, and 1 against an Italian side with only 10 men isn't a large feat, honestly all trolling aside.

Ya we lost 4-0 to Spain too, a great great night was had any ways. drinking

I wouldnt mind but the first Torres goal was a slip from Ward that led to goal. Also for the Silva goal, we gave him acres of time and space in the box. The Fabregas goal wasn't great defending either.

The second Torres goal where they cut us open was a good goal.

Also Balotelli scored a peach of a goal against us too.
