How highly do you rank Inter?

everytime people discuss Champions League contenders, your typical James says Arsenal, Dick says Chelsea, Jurgen says Bayern, Frank says Madrid, Juan says Barca, Jesse says Man Utd, and Joe says Milan, but no one ever hardly mentions Inter. the world's current greatest team. (they are still champions of the world)

wtf is this? the best team in the world is barca, all the rest are sup par at best atm. all big teams need to level up to barca's standard atm no team is currently close to them.

inter have been poor, so has milan, so has man utd, so has madrid (vs barca) so has arsenal, chelsea, bayern etc. none of them have had a vintage seasons. if you look at their seasons individually you would see that they all sucked in all honesty, compared to their past seasons/teams

FYI Real Madrid lost once in the last 4 classicos, beat then in the cup final and lost out in the champions league 3-1 aggregate despite ruling out a legit goal from Higuain and the sending off of Pepe, anyway I don't rank Inter top 5 anymore tbh.

Mourinho made inter incredibly Good, since after he left they haven't really been able to keep up and I think the decline of Seria A is also affecting them and in addition their failure to strengthen the squad last season was a mistake

Inter isn't the best team. Morrati need to spend on strengthening the defense line where their team is horrible at it.

excuses excuses yadda yaadda yadda.....fact is you defended with 11 men for most of the encounters against barca and were in all honesty outclassed most of the time, no offence, but in all the classico (including the 5-0 ko) you was not on the same level as barca, may have beat them one or something but in all honesty everyone could clearly see who the best team was, and it wasn't RM unfortunately for you.

After Mourinho left, Inter was left in shambles. Due to lack of a good manager, ageing squad and freak injuries, they really went down a level. Not that they could regain greatness, but they really need to invest to get back there.

A consistent manager would also help.

Inter are not the current best team in the world, that comment is laughable. Tbh, I don't this next season will be a success for inter. Many of their core player are aging and I don't think they will see the success they saw with mourinho for a long time.

btw, people are bashing chelsea for the amount of managers they have had? Inter have had 4 managers in the last year.

We defended with 11 men in one of those games and that was the plan to hold out for a 0-0 draw then we would have gone through had the decisions been given rightfully, we attacked them in the home league game, cup final and did alright in the second leg CL we drew 1-1 even though Higuains goal was clear as day light and a blind man could have seen it. You said that they were miles ahead in the 5-0 yes but in the 4 games after that NO.

You do realize that we had more shots on goal than Barcelona in 2 out of 4 games ?

Last season inter was in top 8 in Europe.( i hope i am not wrong ) But next season if they dont buy 2-3 new player they will reach hardly top 10

Yes... we are the current World Champs... but are we the best? not right now... 2010, we were... but right now, to compete for top club we must make a couple of changes... we are kind of tired of lifting so many cups... 15 cups in 6 years... that's a lot of heavy lifting...

We will compete for top club in the new season... don't worry! Moratti is on it...
