Will do this on a seasonal basis.And will be appropriately bumped during the course of the season.

Just to explain the topic again,its about ranking the top teams in Europe in terms of tiers.I just thought i'd give it a bit of a continuity to the series..

@RWO CFR Cluj eliminated Basel from the CL last season, does that mean they're better than Spurs Very Happy ?

This looks about right just bump up City and maybe Chelsea up a tier.Also switch Arsenal and Milan.

When Cluj eliminated Basel, they were still regrouping after the loss of Xherdan Shaqiri, Granit Xhaka and David Abraham and the match was extremely early in the season.
