I know this article is about a game, but the similarities to the scenario in the book are astonishing. I recommend that everybody read 1984. And while were talking about predicting the future, it's worth noting that Orwell wrote it in 1948 and was probably imagining what the future would be like in 1984 (although there are several theories behind the title choice).

Nice... he should reboot with Civ 4, though. GOAT game.

lol man.

I played Civ 4 a lot, only recently got Civ 5 and they've done really well, it's different enough but still kicks ass. Although AI's warfare is very weak.
