The deputy mayor of Madrid is demanding a combined figure of €100,000 from Barcelona and Athletic Bilbao for their abuse of the Santiago Bernabeu during the Copa del Rey final.

According to official sources, Miguel Angel Villanueva has filed for claims to cover fees incurred by cleaning of the premises and damage caused by fans on May 25.

However, it is estimated that in the Spanish capital, around 20,000 Blaugrana and Basque fans had left the stadium to relocate to the Fan Zone located on the Madrid Rio.

The final ended 3-0 in favour of Barca, who ended a disappointing season on a high with a Copa victory.

i think they finally corrected it.. the main point is that the city of madrid are seeking payment for all the damages that were caused.

Take a closer look at the report. It says Wenger bought Giroud for 12 pounds.......and is willing to throw in Chamakh and get Giroud for free. :coffee:
