Re: Galliani: Silva could go
Madrid fan's trying to induce heart attacks to all Milan fans
Like nic said there's nothing in this that indicates a transfer will occur , only that PSG are making an offer even though Galliani has claimed T.S not for sale.

Re: Galliani: Silva could go
It's unethical to put in a quote that is recent when club presidents waffle and lie all the time? l'Equipe is just showing that, very recently, Galliani hinted that Silva may be had. It's actually good reporting to bring it up in the context of a bid that is about to go out.
And what's wrong with the title "Silva could go"? He could lol. And Galliani said so not long ago.
And btw, according to Eurosport, Galliani is currently in Barcelona talking to Barca officials. May have nothing to do with Silva... but it sure is interesting.

Not for sale... until the right amount of money comes in. This is what PSG can offer.

This is what Galliani said (to Eurosport i assume):
Are you kidding me? that sounds like big offer bait 101
http://www.eurosport.fr/football/transferts/2011-2012/thiago-silva-au-psg_sto3297426/story.shtml"Is it true that Ancelotti asked about Thiago Silva? Absolutely, yes. In fact, he didnt just ask, he was very insistent. We will do everything we can to resist, Thiago Silva doesnt have a price"

Shame about Alba because the rest of that defence is awesome lol....
I still think Silva will stay at Milan though.

Barca should keep Affelay he's better than any other wide player they have...

Afellay doesn't suit Barca's style imo. He's more of a 4-2-3-1 player.

You dont think he could play in one of the wide roles in 4-3-3?

Re: Galliani: Silva could go
I doubt milan will sell him...
How exactly is they going to win anything if they sell arguably second best player of their Team?
May be Gallaini have some plans.

Re: Galliani: Silva could go
I feel like milan would have freed up enough money to keep silva since they no longer have to pay the inflated wages of all the oldies who just left/retired.
really does not bode well for milan and their financial situation if rumors like this float around.

The 3 in a 4-3-3 for Barca are usually goalscorers. Afellay imo can offer more. He's more of a midfielder.

Re: Galliani: Silva could go
PSG & French pressAC Milan CEO Adriano Galliani has claimed that Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva are "99.9 per cent" certain of staying at San Siro this summer.
The pair have been linked with Paris Saint-Germain in recent days, with the Ligue 1 side said to be willing to pay €40 million apiece for the Rossoneri duo.
Indeed, France Presse reported on Monday that the Parisians had made an approach for Ibrahimovic but Galliani insists there is no truth in the report.
"The PSG offer of €40m is false," he told reporters upon his arrival at Malpensa airport on Tuesday. "At least, I have not come across these terms.
"Thiago Silva and Ibrahimovic are 99.9 percent staying at Milan."
Ibrahimovic was the top scorer in Serie A last season, while Thiago Silva is widely regarded as the finest central defender in the world.
(I actually wouldn't mind if you paid 40m for Ibra, but Silva is ours forever!)

Re: Galliani: Silva could go
the french press never said that PSG made an offer, just talked about how much they were willing to spend, specifying that there were no official talks between clubs, so Galliani is just confirming, there was no offer Ancelotti did talk to Galliani tho, and he admitted so.
99.9%? what's up with the .01%, is it that hard to say 100%?

Re: Galliani: Silva could go
Nick have you got something against Milan or what?
Doesn't matter how BS the story or source is, you are straight onto this forum to tell us about some story that Milanisti have:
1. Already read
2. We don't give a s**t because for just about every story you link to us, we can link back a quote of Milan saying that player isn't for sale.

Re: Galliani: Silva could go
Why so much drama?
The thread title indicates a possibility of Silva leaving.
It’s not likely to happen but a possibility always exists when excessive amounts of money are about to be spent

Why not just relocate your team to Milan? It would be cheaper.

The Milan section has basically become a catalogue of you posting a story about players leaving Milan and disregarding all arguments by Milanisti no matter how valid and legitimate said argument is.
A report comes out saying a player won't leave Milan:
Mr Nick09 wrote:Yes, because players have never claimed that they wouldnt move just to pack their bags few days later. Better yet, they dont sign new contracts, and then leave less than six months later right?
